Backtagging: I personally don't have a problem with it, though I may have to be nudged from time to time. Don't be afraid to do this! I actually appreciate it.
Threadhopping: Ask me first, though usually I'll allow it; it's pretty rare that I won't, actually. Just be courteous and it's all good!
Fourthwalling: I personally have no problem with it in action brackets and the like, and I tend to engage in a lot of that myself (if you have an issue with this, please feel free to tell me); ICly, Reaver likely will not understand most of the references made, so...why not, feel free to throw things at him, stupid will ensue.
Offensive subjects: Nothing that comes immediately to mind! I'll tell you if I have an issue with anything happening within a thread; I'd definitely appreciate it if you would do the same!

Hugging this character: Go right ahead - Reaver is a very physical person overall, so it will likely be returned whether he...really...knows you or not, um.
Kissing this character: Assuming sufficient development? Sure, why not.
Flirting with this character: He more or less lives for this shit. You will probably be flirted with whether you instigate or not; should this sort of interaction make you uncomfortable then tell me please.
Fighting with this character: I am okay with it and so is he! Just as a warning, however, Reaver is incredibly violent when he wants to be, and he will not hold back with anyone; while his skills have been halved as per Route rules, he's still in possession of faster-than-normal speed and reflexes, and he will use this to his advantage. He's a pragmatist, and he isn't interested in screwing around if he's challenged. As for battling...this is a Pokémon game, have at him.
Injuring this character: Ask me first, but in general, go right ahead! I'm not particularly squeamish about injuries, so as long as you ask first (or at least give me proper warning) and the injury would realistically happen, you'll generally be allowed to have at him.
Killing this character: No death in Johto, so it's pretty much a moot point - but if he would be mortally wounded by something, I'll allow it as long as it's logical and I'm asked/warned first, and we can work our white-out-to-the-Center magic. Again, just be courteous!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Pretty much a moot point in Johto.

Warnings: Reaver is an incredibly violent person overall and fairly notorious in canon for giving the least amount of fucks in Albion when it comes to his morals. He also gives the most fucks in Albion when it comes to his sex life. He flirts with everyone, a fair amount of this flirting involves trying to get people into bed with him, and he tends to play very fast and loose with morals. Violent and/or sexual content may happen, basically.

I can promise you ahead of time that none of this is an attempt on the behalf of the player to be passive-aggressive and imply that I don't like you; I just happen to play a massive jerk. If one of our threads happens to touch on a subject that you find upsetting or triggering on an OOC level, please let me know immediately so that a solution can be reached.
